Delivery is complimentary on all orders over £1000 in the UK, all other deliveries are charged individually by weight, this information is listed on each product. International and European orders are charged at cost. Our UK mainland delivery time is between 2-4 days unless otherwise specified on the product by next day delivery. Please note 9am delivery can be arranged by special request. We use Royal Mail Special Delivery to ship your items. As soon as we ship your goods an email will be sent to notify you. The goods are insured to the full value of the contents and this service requires a signature. All deliveries are made from Angela Cork in London, in the United Kingdom.

I am sure you will be delighted with your purchase, however if you are not fully satisfied and would like to return the piece here is our policy: All returns must be notified in writing within 48 hours of receipt of the parcel and returned to us within 7 days, by special delivery to the value of the contents in the original packaging, we do not pay for the cost of returning goods and this cannot be refunded to the customer. Returns will not be accepted after this time and goods must be in their original condition. A replacement item can be selected for the value of the returned piece or you can opt for a refund. Please note postal costs and items that have been personalised are non-refundable.

All payments are made through the website via pay pal (or whatever we decide to use), however if you prefer I can accept cheques or Bank Transfers for the full amount, please contact us if you prefer to use this method. All orders placed are charged immediately at the time of ordering. International transfers will be subject to fees.

Ownership of the Products will pass to you when we receive full payment, including delivery charges. Products will be your responsibility from the time of delivery. If the packaging is damaged at the time of delivery, please check the package in the presence of the carrier in order to verify the condition of the Products. In the event of damage, please make a note on the delivery slip and contact us.
